MLK Day of Service On-Campus Site: Relay for Life

Join Volunteer UCF (VUCF) and Relay for Life for a Day of Service! Relay for Life unites communities to celebrate cancer survivors, remember loved ones lost to cancer, and raise funds to improve the lives of people with cancer and their families through advocacy, research, and patient support to ensure everyone has an opportunity to prevent, detect, treat, and survive cancer. Volunteers at this site will make Hope stones, keychains, and cards that will be distributed at UCF Relay for Life.

Event Details

• Date: Monday, January 20th, 2025
• Time: 9:00 AM -12:00 PM
• Location: UCF LEAD Scholars Academy Lounge (4000 Central Florida Blvd, Ferrell Commons, Building 7E Room 165, Orlando, FL 32816)
• Volunteer Dress Code: Dress comfortably, shorts, jeans, joggers or leggings are all acceptable. Please wear close-toe shoes.

Additional Information

• You will earn three service hours. Please bring any service hour forms you would like signed.
