About
We are a small group of diverse individuals dedicated to promoting health and wellness through group-oriented workout sessions and the application of martial arts techniques.
From our current members, we share techniques of Karate, American Boxing, MMA, Muay Thai, Jiu Jitsu and Kung Fu. As such a diverse group, we understand the importance of individual styles and adaptability within martial arts. From this, our group offers self-defense and combat training, from a wide variety of angles. We also use traditional martial arts and modern fitness training to develop exciting group workout sessions.
FMA is open to all who are willing to learn and participate. All fitness and experience levels are welcome. All martial arts styles are welcome.
