Storage Space
Registered Student Organizations (RSOs) have the opportunity to apply for a
22.5" x 14" x 17" lockers for storage space which are located outside of the Office of Student Involvement (OSI), Student Union Room 208.
All items must be labeled and fit the locker dimensions. Organizations that have storage space must agree to and abide by the guidelines set forth in this Agreement.
Please complete the following information regarding the RSO and answer the questions that follow. The Knights of the RoundTable (KoRT) Executive Board and OSI staff will determine which groups are to be granted storage space based on this application, so please
be thorough. Criteria include, but are not limited to, the number of active student members, number and type of programs sponsored by the organization, attendance at KoRT events, diversity it brings to the office, and the impact of the organization on student
life at UCF.
Please carefully review the rules and regulations of holding a storage locker before deciding if it is the right fit for your RSO.
Use of Storage Space:
1. Nothing should be permanently affixed to the lockers. No items should be displayed on the outside or inside walls of the locker (including decorations).
2. No food or drinks may be stored within the space.
3. Storage is limited to one single locker per RSO.
4. Lockers are subjected to be inspected at any time by the Office of Student Involvement (OSI) staff.
5. Only use the designated RSO Storage Lockers located outside of the Office of Student Involvement (OSI) for RSO Storage.
6. Items must be removed by an agreed-upon deadline.
7. All lockers will have a keypad to lock and access the space at any time for your convenience. RSOs will have the ability to choose their own 4-digit code to access their items. If the code is forgotten, only the RSO authorized officers will be able to have
their locker reset.
8. Do not allow non-members of the RSO to use or access the locker space.
9. The lockers are UCF property. The use of the lockers is at the discretion of OSI. Repairs for any damages will be charged to the organization.
10. RSOs in violation of any guidelines will be subject to removal.
11. At the end of the Fall semester. RSOs will be allowed to keep their locker if they check-in before the deadline.
Termination of Use
1. Improper use, such as vandalism, misconduct, or any action contrary to any of the guidelines in this agreement, at the discretion of KoRT and OSI.
2. Failure to meet the requirements in this agreement.
3. Failure to maintain an active registered RSO status with OSI.
Any combination of these requirements will result in eviction during the time period this agreement is valid.
1. If an organization involuntarily loses the use of its storage locker at any time, that organization will not be eligible to apply for space for
one year from the date of the eviction. An organization not currently on probation that voluntarily removes itself from the storage space is eligible to apply again at any time (based on availability).
2. Agreements are valid for one academic semester only. Organizations maintaining the use of their storage locker must re-apply at the beginning of each semester.
Knights of the Roundtable (KoRT)
1. KoRT/OSI retains the right to request the RSO's membership roster at any time.
2. KoRT/OSI retains the right to inspect any locker at any time.
3. KoRT/OSI retains the right to revoke an organization's storage locker privileges at any time.
KoRT/OSI is NOT responsible for any lost or damaged items stored in any of the lockers.
