Parking Citation Appeal

Introduction

Hello,

Thank you for taking the first step in filing your parking citation appeal with the SGA Judicial Council. The Judicial Council is the second level of appeal for your citation. The University Citation Appeal Committee must have upheld your citation before you may appeal to the Judicial Council. 

Please complete the form in its entirety. The written appeal that you provide will be invaluable to the Council in making a decision, so please include as much information as you can. 

I will reach out to you within five (5) business days to notify you of your scheduled hearing date and time. Your appeal hearing will be scheduled within twelve (12) business days of the receipt of your appeal, unless notified otherwise.

The Judicial Council is bound by university regulation UCF-6.007 Traffic/Parking Regulation and Enforcement. Please familiarize yourself with the process here.
